International:

Orders will be shipped within two working days, and will be delivered 8-15 working days from the date of dispatch(Exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays)

If products back order/out of stock, we welcome customer pre-order products from us. 

Ordering Lead Time:

Please allow us to place orders with our suppliers/distributors. 

The whole process takes 14-20 days. (Depends on Suppliers/Distributors/Items availability)

We do not require customer to pay full amount of pre-ordering of products. 

We will collect deposits from customers and the rest of the amounts need to settle once we received products from suppliers/distributors) We will dispatch products upon receiving rest of the amounts.

You need to pay the rest of the amounts within 14 days after receiving a confirmation Email/Message/WhatsApp/Call from us, if there is no action of paying the rest of the amounts after 14 days, Lushdo Beaute will have full rights to forfeit Pre-order Deposits and Products.
